Downtown Retail Springs to Life in April at Shop The Blocks

It was a mildly chilly day that seemed amiss in the slew of warm, sunny days Lincoln had throughout April, but that didn’t stop 676 shoppers, volunteers and retailers from enjoying the latest in spring fashion at the spring edition of Shop the Blocks.
